An entirely unofficial department.
This is an entertainment website. It does not deliver complaints to a company, employer, authority, or customer-support team. Personalized company names do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Submitting complaints is always free.
What you can buy
All prices below are in US dollars. Cleanup purchases provide an animated tool and credit to remove virtual paper from the shared office. They do not dispose of real documents or erase lifetime form counts.
| Equipment | Price | Included |
|---|---|---|
| The intern’s vacuum | $1 | Up to 150 complaints’ worth of paper |
| Controlled incineration | $3 | Up to 400 complaints’ worth of paper |
| The cleanup crew | $5 | Up to 800 complaints’ worth of paper |
| Industrial incinerator | $25 | Up to 3,000 complaints’ worth of paper |
| One-room removal truck | $100 | Clear one selected room once |
Optional coffee tips are $3, $5, $10, or $25. Tips support the site and do not include cleanup credit or remove paper. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.
How cleanup credits work
Open “Tidy this room,” choose equipment, and complete Stripe Checkout. After payment is confirmed, use your receipt’s “Run the equipment” button to start the animation and cleanup. Payment alone does not automatically remove paper.
The first four tools use only the credit needed for the paper available. If the room contains less paper than your credit, the unused balance stays on your private receipt for another cleanup. The $100 truck clears one room once, regardless of that room’s paper level; it does not clear every floor or retain a fractional room credit. An empty room does not consume credit.
Rooms are shared. Other visitors can add or remove paper during checkout, and can refill a room after cleanup. The receipt identifies the selected floor and offers a way to use credit on the current floor. Lifetime form totals remain intact. The office includes an initial virtual-paper backlog and server-generated automated batches; its counters are not a count of unique visitors.
Automated office backlog adds occasional batches of 1–3 forms, capped at 120 forms per hour. It is simulated office activity, not evidence of people using the site. Automated additions pause for 90 seconds after paid cleanup, then may refill the room. Visitor submissions can continue during that pause. Prices and cleanup credits do not change with the automated schedule.
Checkout and receipts
Stripe processes payments for MakerSolo and displays the amount before you pay. Returning from checkout alone does not prove payment. Some payment methods take time to confirm; your receipt lets you check payment status.
“View payment receipt” is a quiet footer link when this browser has a saved receipt. Keep your private receipt link to recover unused credit on another device or after clearing browser storage. Anyone with that link can access the receipt and redeem credit, so do not post it publicly. The app’s public sharing buttons do not include it.
Purchase help
If a charge is duplicated or a purchased cleanup fails, email [email protected] with your payment reference so MakerSolo can investigate. Do not include your full card details, complaint text, or private receipt link. Nothing here limits rights that apply to your purchase under local law.
Using and sharing the department
Certificates and personalized departments are novelty content, not official records or evidence that a company received a complaint. Public share links and certificates do not include complaint text. Please do not use automated traffic to overwhelm the service. Availability is not guaranteed. This is not a channel for urgent help or real dispute resolution.
